R600 Robot Machine

A powerful 48v machine with 4 safe 100ah capacity lead acid batteries ensuring a full day’s work of up to 200 pallets from a single charge.  An additional battery and cart are also available to double the capacity, allowing a battery change in less than one minute ensuring minimal down time.  

With a similar operating system to our XO-MS and XO-PS machines with a colour screen and 12 user preset programs, this wrapping machine is simple to use and eager for work.  Supplied with our power pre stretch dispenser at 250% and a 2,200 mm wrapping height extruded aluminium mast as standard.

Also supplied as standard is safety, this machine has a “rainbow light” to warn nearby workers of its presence, a sensor to detect any pedestrians who may wonder into its path, which will cause the R600 to pause and wait until the area is clear before continuing. There is also a rubber safety bumper, so should anything hit the machine it will effect a full emergency stop.
